GA preparion, Detail Drawings, MTO, and fabrication drawings for Powerplant Conveyor systems for NOVEL ENGINEERING

Mahindra & Mahindra Powerol Assembly unit:

Complete Design, Detail engineering, Fabrication and Erection for SUN MICRO SYSTEMS C/o Mahindra & Mahindra Powerol Systems in Padappai, Chennai. The Plant has running sucessfully.

SRI BAVANI AMMAN TEMPLE PASSAGE BRIDGE :

Concept to implementation of PASSAGE BRIDGE for 131 Meters in Sri Bavani Amman Temple, PeriyaPalayam total investment of Rs.15 Lakhs. We were engaged in preparing, Feasibility report, Project report, detail plant layout, selection of equipment, procurement assistance, inspection, Testing, Erection, Commissionity Capacity trails. 

DEEP SEA FISHERY HARBOUR MAHE - MARG :

Concept to implementation of Deep Sea Fishery Harbour - Mahe River for MARG Properties. We prepared the complete 3D perspective view and Walk through.

BELLOWS TESTING MACHINE - METALLIC BELLOWS :

We have rendered the Complete Design and Detail Engineering for the Bellow Testing Machine for Metallic Bellows P Ltd. Which bellows used in ISRO. Capacity : 650 mm Dia. 500 mm Ht. Load Capacity : 100T. Total Weight : 4000 Kg.

DUMP LORRY :

We have rendered the Complete Design and Detail Engineering for the Dump lorry for Rural Side in Tamil Nadu. More than 300 lorrys has despatched for rural and village area.

PRESS TOOL ANALYSIS:

Press tool analysis for Ship building shearing machine, max 2000 T loading capacity for L&T. We did Static and dynamic analysis.

ROOF TRUSS DESIGN - RUNNEL ENGINEERING :

We have designed the 18 meters span and 60 meter long roof truss for one private concern. The Complete Design and Detail Engineering has done by ANDES.

DIAMOND WHEEL CUTTER DESIGN - RANI ENGINEERING SERVICES :

We provide the conservation of raster images of engineering drawings into vector images files of 2DCAD as per client specification.
